One of my passions in life is to both learn and educate about chiropractic, spinal injuries, and a healthy lifestyle. I am dedicated to my patients and have a desire to give them the care and knowledge they need to go from pain to performance so that they can have a long, happy, healthy life.
My over 20 years of experience and research has framed my holistic approach to health and wellness and it excites me to be part of my patients healing and positive life changes here at Kissimmee Family Wellness Center.

For 24 years, Dr. Moore and I have been dedicated to helping our patients achieve their health and wellness goals at Kissimmee Family Wellness Center. My passion lies in empowering individuals to feel and perform their best through personalized chiropractic care and simple, sustainable lifestyle changes.
I find immense joy in equipping our community with the tools they need to unlock their full health potential. When I’m not in the office, I’m a homebody who cherishes time with my husband and our two children, tending to my garden, nurturing my houseplants, cooking, and diving into a good audiobook.

Jerylis is a dedicated, Spanish-speaking Chiropractic Assistant with a passion for helping people and serving her community. Outside of her work, she is a loving mother of four and enjoys spending time outdoors. A vibrant personality, Jerylis has a fondness for the color pink and brings a cheerful energy to all that she does.

Sara Gómez was born on November 12, 2004, in Caracas, Venezuela. From a young age, she discovered her passion for holistic well-being, which led her to train as a therapeutic massage therapist and facial specialist, with two years of solid experience in deep tissue techniques.
Driven by her desire to help others feel better both physically and mentally, Sara has turned her talent into a career defined by empathy, care, and dedication. Her holistic approach and human touch have left a positive impact on every client she’s worked with.
Outside of her profession, she enjoys staying active—working out at the gym and playing soccer are essential parts of her lifestyle and well-being. She considers herself a caring, professional, and fun-loving person, traits that shine through in both her personal interactions and work ethic.
Those who know her describe Sara as kind, sincere, strong, and dependable—a growing professional who leaves a lasting impression through her positive energy and genuine commitment to helping others feel their best.
